We aim to make ordering simple and reliable, whether you're buying a gift or something for yourself. Here's how we handle delivery and packaging.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for orders over €50 across the Republic of Ireland.

We can also ship worldwide (shipping costs apply) - TBA

Delivery time: 2 working days.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually sent the same day.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Click & Collect

Choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order at our Eyre Square store.

You’ll get a message when it’s ready.

Collect at any time during store hours.

Bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Packaging

All items are packed securely. Fragile items like mugs and frames are wrapped to prevent damage during delivery.

We use minimal packaging without compromising protection.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received.
